Where can I learn to make french patisserie and chocolate desserts in Scotland?
Officially opened in 2016 by HRH Prince Edward, classes are taught by the winner of UK Confectioner of the Year and Chocolate Master Ruth Hinks. Ruth and her team will guide you through everything you need to know to make delicious chocolate creations in just a few hours.
