Introductory masterclass: the mixologist will demonstrate one cocktail, and choose between sweet or sour

Classic masterclass- make 3 cocktails (a caipirinha, cosmopolitan and a Manhattan)

Martini class – you choose any three cocktails to learn and make

Tropicana masterclass- you’ll learn how to make cocktails using a selection of fresh fruit
