Ran by an experienced owner who is committed to helping others realise and unlock their potential, this centre is perfect for visitors of all abilities to come along and get creating!

Why should I visit Alnwick Arts and Crafts Centre?

Alnwick Arts and Crafts Centre was opened up by local artist Fiona White, with the aim of providing arts and crafts sessions to people of all abilities and ages. With over 30 years of teaching experience in Northumberland, she has helped hundreds of people discover, develop, and and improve their skills and help them realise their creativity with her unmatched enthusiasm and dedication!

All classes at the arts and crafts centre are friendly and informal and welcome all with open arms! The classes run by the owner, Fiona, include art for beginners, acrylic painting, watercolour painting, mixed media, candle making, soap making, clay sculpting, and cell painting!

There are also a handful of tutors at the centre that provide classes on the likes of calligraphy, dressmaking, felting, crochet and knitting, and a number of language classes including French, German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, and more!

  • The office’s opening times are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
  • Visitors of all ages welcome
