Distill your own Gin in Stirling

Learn to craft your own gin at one of Stirling’s most prestigious gin distilleries. They’ll welcome you with an original cocktail and a quick tour of the distillery, before you’re shown to your distilling station and mini still. After a fun and informative talk on the history of gin, you’ll get started making your own! Choose from their brilliant selection of botanics and make something totally unique. At the end of your masterclass you’ll be able to enjoy a refreshing G&T made with your own gin.

Where can I learn to make gin in Stirling?

Overlooked by imposing Stirling Castle, this little Victorian distillery is the perfect place to spend an afternoon learning to craft your own botanic gin.
