Escape Rooms in Sunderland

Think you’ve got what it takes to escape? Put your mind to the test! Teams of 2 to 6 are locked in a room and given 60 minutes to find clues, solve puzzles and, using the items you find, try to work out a way to escape. It’s as simple as that! The themed rooms are filled with clues, riddles, locks and puzzles. Can you and your friends pull together and escape? Only time will tell!

Do I need to worry about claustrophobia?

The games have quite a bit of space in them, so it's unlikely. However, if needed, you can exit the room at any point.

Choose your own adventure from the 4 escape games on offer:

  • Bunker 38 – A post-apocalyptic nightmare. You’re locked in and oxygen levels are running low due to a radiation leak!
  • The Dungeon of Doom – Your friend has been imprisoned in a medieval dungeon. Can you break in and save them before the guards come back?
  • Vault: Grab the Cash, Then Escape – Perform a slick heist on a casino. Can you get away with the money before the security system comes back online?
  • Cell Block C – You’ve been framed for a crime you didn’t commit and you’re about to be sentenced to life in prison. Can you escape from Cell Block C and prove your innocence?

Use teamwork and initiative to escape within 60 minutes. Ideal for friends, family, birthdays, stag dos, hen dos and corporate events. Under 16s must be accompanied by a paying and participating adult. Minimum age 7 years old, although younger kids may struggle with some of the challenges. It costs £60 per group. 4 people are recommended for each challenge, however, you can participate in groups of 2-6. After a short briefing lasting 5-10 mins, your 60-minute experience (depending on how quickly you escape) begins. And finally, there is a 10-minute debrief, including a free group photo!
