Calling all history and architecture lovers! Do you want to experience something awe-inspiring on your next day off? If so, look no further than the famous Trinity College in Dublin city centre! This fantastic group of buildings has been a centre point in the city architectural landscape since it was built. It has also played a hugely important role in the cities history and development over the years, producing some of the most impressive scholars that Ireland has to offer!

These fantastic buildings were designed by London based amateur architect, Theodore Jacobsen and overseen by Henry Keene and John Saunderson. There is an array of things to do and see inside the university. These include The Book of Kells and the Old Library. Along with this, there is an array of walking tours and guides which will demonstrate the history of the buildings, while exploring all that the facility has to offer. So, what are you waiting for? • Open Saturdays 8am to 7pm.
• Admission to the college is free, however, Exhibitions like The Book of Kells are not.
