Where can I find Merchant City in Glasgow?

The area is located within the city centre, If travelling from Glasgow Central station, walk toward Buchanan Street and follow past TGI Fridays through the arches. This will bring you to the Gallery of Modern Art, the area that is easily explored here.

One of the main highlights of any visit to Merchant Square would be the converted fruit market. Which is now a vibrant enclosed quarter for bars and restaurants, which celebrates the history of the building. Some of the facilities include; O’Neills, Monterey Jacks, Soba Cafe and Steak Cattle and Roll. Although, most importantly, this is where the new Escape Reality rooms are located. Throughout Merchant City there are regular tours available, which showcase the area’s rich history, going back to Georgian and Medieval times. So what are you waiting for?
