This beautiful waterfall is located in the town Killin, close to Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park.

How do I get to the Falls of Dochart?

If travelling by Public transport from Glasgow, You can get the train to Stirling from Queen Street. Then get the 59 bus to Callander, at the Dreadnought hotel stop, take the C60 bus towards Killin, and the Falls are located close by.

These famous falls can be seen from the town’s bridge, located just at the end of Loch Tay. These Falls are steeped in local folklore and mythology thought to have been the ancient burial place of Clan Macnab! If you wish to learn more about the history of this beautiful area, the Breadalbane Folklore Centre is located close to the Site, and this is where you can delve deep into the fantastic history of the area.
