The Flower Appreciation Society run a variety of different workshops at BE Studios in Hackney, East London. They'll teach you how to treat your stems, trim foliage and arrange your chosen flowers to compliment each other. There are different levels of workshops available.

The Flower Appreciation Society are passionate about the restorative and calming influence of working with flowers and embraces a much more natural and less formal, but no less beautiful style, using seasonal flowers and wild foliage and avoiding hothouse grown plants. Your workshop also comes with a free glass of fizzy wine.  There are also a couple of great places to eat nearby such as Sweet Thursday; a relaxed pizza restaurant, and the De Beauvoir Arms a great gastropub and takeaway, both a short walk from the studio.
