Where does the tour begin?
The tour starts at the Arctic Adventures booking office in Skaftafell.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by an experienced tour guide and will give you the rundown on safety and provide all the equipment needed to be able to walk on this gigantic glacier. With your spiked ice attachments strapped to your shoes, you are ready to walk on the magnificent glacier. The tour is full of amazing scenic views to enjoy so make sure you pack your camera. The hikes difficulty is easy so even if you are not well experienced with hiking you will be able to tackle this four-hour hike.
