With 4 different exhilarating activities lined up for adventurers, get ready to have an unforgettable day and really ‘Go Mad’ with Lost Earth Adventures.

What can I do outside in Derbyshire?

Lost Earth Adventures has got you covered. With a range of activities to choose from, Go MAD day is one of the most thrilling ways to experience the beauty of the Peak District.

On your ‘Go Mad’ day, you’ll be reaching new heights by rock climbing up the spectacular Hope Valley. You’ll be swinging down cliffs with style and channelling you’re inner Tom Cruise as you abseil down to terra firma in a new edition of Mission Impossible. You’ll be taking your adventure somewhere a little bit more ‘cosy’ as you delve into Bagshawe Cavern in a Caving challenge. Feeling a bit sweaty? No problem, as next you’ll be getting wet by traversing through beautiful freshwater gorges.

  • There are 2 different itineraries to choose from, which are listed on the page linked below.
  • Prices range depending on the size of the group booked. The bigger the group, the cheaper it will be per person (prices linked below).
  • The meeting spot will usually be inside a climbing shop ‘Outside’, located in the village of Hathersage.
