Go Skydiving in Yorkshire

Aaaarrgghhh!!! Discover the coast like never before with Yorkshire’s only skydive centre! So, you’re interested in this mesmerising sport we call skydiving? There’s no better place to do it than in Yorkshire! The skydive club is based just north of the coastal resort of Bridlington, East Yorkshire and with their proximity to the coast they offer unrivalled views from the aircraft and throughout the skydive experience. Tandem skydiving is where you’re secured to a highly experienced instructor, so it’s the best and easiest way to experience the thrill of skydiving. After a short training session, all you need to do is enjoy the jump and let your instructor do all the hard work!

Can I do a sponsored skydive?

Yes, of course! If you’re thinking of completing a charity skydive in Yorkshire then they can certainly help. Every year they help hundreds of tandem skydivers raise thousands of pounds for a good cause. Doing a sponsored parachute jump for charity is a great way to raise money for a cause that’s close to your heart. What’s more, you can test your nerves and have lots of fun in the process!

If you think it’s just for the adrenaline junkies, then think again! Ask any skydiver, there’s a real sense of freedom as you fall through the air from 10,000 feet. When the parachute opens, the tranquillity kicks in and you’ll see what it’s like to fly like a bird. When tandem skydiving in Yorkshire you’ll see the Yorkshire Coast like never before. The white cliffs of Flamborough Head, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is only a short distance away. If the visibility is good you can follow the coastline from Whitby, right down to the Humber Bridge and beyond. All their instructors have passed the rigorous instructor training courses and assessments. They specialise in introducing people to the exciting sport of skydiving whether it’s jumping for charity, a one-off experience or something you want to take up as a hobby or sport.
