LOVE Gorgie Farm is an Urban farm in Gorgie established in the late 1970s and officially opened in 1982 as a working farm. The farm has a small play park encouraging imagination-led play not to forget the lambs and pigs and a home to other animals such as cows, sheep and goats.

Meet some amazing creatures such as ferrets, snakes, birds, alpacas and very cute guinea pigs. Enjoy farming? then here is your chance, with the Earth School programme children and adults can create educational tools to create a brighter and eco-friendly future.

The Wilding project supports children who need a bit of extra support out of school education, this project provides learning experiences through outdoor activities specially designed for kids with additional support needs to help them to participate and connect with nature.

Love cooking? Well at the Garden Forest you can grow, cook and eat together while enjoying the fresh air and nature. Going away on holiday? Don’t worry you can also book a holiday for your pet at Gorgie Farm which will take good care of your loving small animals. Want to experience something new? Enjoy an amazing walk around the farm with the Alpaca in tow and see some of the animals as you walk by.
