Have Fun with Science and Discovery at W5 in Belfast

W5 is a science and discovery centre with over 250 hands-on exhibits, seasonal events, science shows and temporary exhibitions! W5 provides a unique experience as well as fantastic fun for visitors of all ages. In addition to permanent exhibits, W5 also presents a changing programme of large and small scale temporary exhibitions and events. They have a daily programme of live science demonstrations and shows throughout the day.

Just a few highlights include The Studio, Build It, The Marvellous Machine and the Med-Lab. Fancy a future career in film or TV? Head down to The Studio  and play the producer in W5’s new state-of-the-art Studio. Explore a world of architecture, construction and engineering at Build It. W5’s Marvellous Machine brings learning to life with hands-on exhibits powered by clever cogs, amazing airways, super springs and everything in between. Step into MED-Lab. Their interactive exhibition area developed in partnership with Almac is designed to explore the medical marvel that is the human body and discover how medicines are developed!
