Farncombe Estate near Broadway in Worcestershire has added a collection of luxury self-catering party houses to its property portfolio. The 400-acre estate is already home to three hotels – Dormy House, Foxhill Manor and The Fish – and guests can now book to stay at the Hillside Hangouts. The holiday cottages, which are called The Nook and The Hoot, are bespoke and offer the chance for guests to “chill out, splash out, pig out and hang out” in the Cotswolds.

Hillside offer luxury self-catered hangouts in the Cotswolds. Perfect for countryside retreats and walkers.

Originally a private home for a local farmer, The Nook has been transformed into a beautifully furnished farmhouse. It has three en-suite bedrooms, sleeping up to eight guests, and features a stylish lounge with wood burner, kitchen and party-ready dining space, and an outdoor terrace with BBQ and hot tub. There’s even a music room with a vinyl collection, drum kit, guitars and disco ball. The Hoot allows groups of up to 15 guests to have an even bigger bash. There’s seven stunning bedrooms and a lounge with large, comfy sofas, elegant Danish furniture, a wood burner and surround-sound TV. Also included are an office, modern kitchen and a terrace with private hot tub and BBQ.
