Grab your closest friends and family and come along to The Highland Wildlife Centre! Here, guests of all ages can get a closer look at some of the incredible animal species the park has to offer! The park has a plethora of animal species, from native animals such as the Scottish Wildcat to those from afar such as Polar Bears and the Amur Tiger!

Why should I visit The Highland Wildlife Park?

The Highland Wildlife Park allows visitors to discover Scottish Wildlife and endangered animals from some of the most remote areas in the world! Guests can drive around the main reserve and go on to explore the walk around the area on foot. With so many animal friends waiting to meet you, visitors are encouraged to book a visit to this amazing sanctuary for animals!

One of the main priorities at The Highland Wildlife Park has always been educating its guests. Having engaged with over 1 million learners across The Highland Wildlife Park, and its sister Edinburgh Zoo, it is clear to see that the RZSS is dedicated to providing visitors with an enjoyable learning experience as well as seeing the beauty of all of these animals!

There are a number of different events held at the park each year, a favourite of which being the Santa’s Highland Storytime experience. Visitors can add a festive touch to their visit and meet Santa in front of the herd of forest Reindeer that call the park home! This is just one of the many events held at the park that is perfect for families with small children.

  • Open 7 days a week to pre-booked visitors and members of RZSS
  • Adult tickets £18.50, Child tickets (3-15 years old) £12.50, Concession tickets £15.50
  • Children under 3 and cares gain free entry to the park
