Edinburgh is a hub for international food, with restaurants offering food styles from all over the world. This extends to education too! With Krua Thai cooking classes, you’ll learn from expert Thai chef Ru Herd all of your favourite Thai food. You’ll learn all the tricks of the trade, from getting the right balance of herbs and spices to nailing the presentation of your dish – it doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner, or you have experience in the kitchen, this course is tailor-designed for all levels. All the delicious food you make, and the recipes you learn along the way, can be taken home with you!

  • The price of the courses ranges from £95/pp for a public class or £125/pp for a private class.
  • Classes can also be designed around a particular food or theme, like Pad Thai or Curry (for these classes, the price will differ).
  • The school will accommodate for dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, various allergies etc).
  •  All cooking utensils and equipment will be provided.
  • Classes must be pre-booked via phone or email.
  • If making a booking for a group larger than 6, you must contact the school in advance.
