Do I need any experience to enrol on any of the courses?

Not at all; everyone is welcome! All of the classes are appropriate for both novice home bakers as well as those who are more advanced, so don’t be afraid to head on down and get stuck on in today!

They offer tailor-made classes to perfectly suit the requirements and vibe of your group. Whether it’s a team day out, a hen party or you want to try something new with family and friends, they can tailor a class just for you. Founder and professional chef, Mary Anne, will be on hand to guide your team throughout the day, providing all recipes, equipment, and ingredients. Choose from half-day immersive baking experiences to demonstration-only cooking classes, or one of their set classes. Wee Buns Cookery School is located in the beautiful countryside of County Tyrone. Only 45 minutes from Belfast and just over an hour from Dublin, they offer a range of corporate days out and team-building activity experiences in their modern, purpose-built kitchen. They even offer an Orchard Visit and hands-on workshop focusing on the wonderful Bramley apples of Co Armagh! They aim to improve your cooking skills, equip you with the techniques and inspire you to get cooking and baking at home. Classes are small, tutorial-size groups, the aim is to get stuck in and learn how to cook delicious food. You don’t need to bring anything except yourself. All recipes, equipment and ingredients are provided. Classes are a combination of demonstration and hands-on and anything made by yourself in the class is yours to take home!
