If you want to enjoy a summers stroll, or make the most of the fresh autumn air, Rutland Water makes for the perfect place to have a good walk. There are miles of walking trails and routes to explore, with plenty of different landscapes to make each visit unique. Take in fantastic views with a laid-back walk through Normanton, or enjoy a picnic at the beautiful sandy shorelines of Rutland Water beach in the summer. Set aside the walking boots and get your bike ready, as there’s also a range of picturesque and fun cycling routes to enjoy, from family-friendly trails, challenging peninsula routes to full-day laps.

Head to the Rutland Watersports centre for all of your aquatic needs, offering exciting watersports activities including sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and more.
