Verksmiðjan Restaurant’s “Big Ben Beikon” Burger Challenge

At Verksmiðjan Restaurant they have a  1 kg beef burger challenge. It has a 4.5lbs/2kg beef patty on a homemade burger bun. The beef patty is topped with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, bacon, jalapenos, chili, and sauces. It is served with 500 g of fries, 1 L of soda, and there is a 20 minute time limit to finish everything.

If you finish the burger within the 20 minutes you get put on the wall of fame and also you get your burger and fries free!
