Whiskey Tasting Tours at Kilbeggan Distillery in Westmeath

How do I get to Kilbeggan Distillery from Dublin?

The facility is located in the town centre of Kilbeggan, which is located just outside the town of Mullingar. Which can be easily reached via train and bus routes from the capital. The number 70 bus towards Athlone stops in Kilbeggan.

Visitors will also learn how Irish Whiskey has been made through the years, and how Kilbeggan aims to preserve this tradition in its product. You will be able to witness the traditional Oregan Pine Vats, and Oak Mash Tuns. Interestingly, the original Water Wheel that powered the distillery, is still on display today. If travelling from Dublin/Mullingar to Galway, this fantastic Distiller is an important stop. So, what are you waiting for?
