Wanaka 4×4 Explorer in Wanaka

Your journey begins with a ride up Lake Wanaka to the top of Stevenson’s arm, with spectacular views of glacier-like mountains and a continuously changing landscape of slopes and alpines. You will then go over the lake after boarding the 4WD vehicle at the bottom of Mt. Burke. View the entire lake of Wanaka in all it’s glory! While enjoying your gourmet picnic, take some time to appreciate the quiet and the greatest view in Wanaka.

As your helicopter comes for your 40-minute spectacular ride above the deep valleys and glaciated peaks of Mt. Aspiring National Park. Included is an alpine landing. This tour is in the South Island of New Zealand, where you’ll find the 43km Wanaka Lake. This lake is surrounded by mountains, and further up with more grassy terrain. There are many coves, bays and discoveries to be made as you venture out around this island.
