Caving in Randalstown is a leisure sport that involves the exploring of known and unexplored cave systems. There is a caving expedition once a month at USSCC, and the main stomping grounds are in Fermanagh. You can also visit the North Coast and the Republic of Ireland. To make the club more accessible to everyone, the prices are kept as cheap as possible.

They strive to meet fortnightly for SRT Training. They often use a variety of places in and around Belfast for this, and they are also enthusiastically creating their own training facility in Antrim. SRT training is a type of rope access training that teaches people how to safely descend and ascend out of vertical cave systems. They try to give a wide range of training to their members in order to enable them to confront whatever problems they may experience while on a Caving excursion.
