Why should I visit Sea Haven Therapy in Ballycastle?

At Sea Haven Therapy in Ballycastle, visitors can relax in seaweed baths, enjoy the salt therapy room or treat themselves to some relaxation therapies such as massages or reflexology!

With over 500 different seaweed species growing around the Irish coast, it is a plentiful and underused resource! Having had a lifetime interest in studying the local seaweed species on his native coastline, Liam McBride has always had a passion to introduce its benefits to everyone and what better way is there to enjoy it than in its natural form in a warm bath overlooking the very coastline it was harvested from!

Visitors will start off their experience in the steam cabinet for roughly 5 to 10 minutes to help open up pores and aid the absorption of the many minerals and vitamins of the seaweed. Once out of the steam cabinet, visitors will make their way to the seaweed bath and immerse themselves in it while enjoying their own choice of music and views over the North Coast!

Sea Haven Therapy also offer experiences on their Schiller brand of Waterbikes! This brand is the worlds most advanced waterbike brand. Guests can go for a cycle on the waterbikes around the bay and then come and ease their muscles with a relaxing seaweed bath or a tension relaxing massage!
