Bells Diner has been serving burgers and steaks since 1972 their quaint St Stephen Street Diner in Edinburgh’s beautiful Stockbridge; home to a vibrant community of independent traders.

Bells Diner is often described as an Edinburgh institution! Established in 1972 They are most probably Edinburgh’s original chargrill burger and steak joint and have pretty much been doing things the same since the beginning. But it’s not just about the meat anymore. They also do their own homemade veggie nut and vegan bean burgers… something for all burger lovers. You get to build your own burger with many cheese choices and other topping choices like jalepenos, mushrooms and pickles.

Bell’s Diner has unique and interesting butter options. You can choose from garlic butter, pepper butter, chilli butter, rockfort butter (butter with blue cheese) and mustard butter.
