Flight Experience in Glasgow

Glasgow Flying Club is a non-profit organisation so, all the money they make goes back into the company, so you can rest assured that no private company will get money. Not only that, it is the only CAA Registered Flying Club and is operating entirely out of Glasgow International Airport. So, if you’re interested in a flying lesson, this is definitely the place for you.

Where can I find a great flying experience near Glasgow?

Located right next to Glasgow Airport, the flying club is waiting for you to come and set off on an aerial adventure! 

Glasgow Airport can be found in Renfrewshire, a council area located next to the River Clyde, which is very close to Glasgow City. Why not, after you have had your flying experience, go into the city! There you can appreciate all the funky, unique sights and activities that the city has to offer.

  • Longer flights are available for flight enthusiasts and shorter for those looking for a quick burst of adrenaline
  • Checkout option to have one additional passenger join you for free, so bring a friend!
  • Spectators are welcome but cannot join the flight
  • Ticket vouchers are non-refundable 
  • Weather dependent events, if the weather does not allow a flight, vouchers can be rescheduled
  • Height restriction: 6 ft 4 inches, Weight restriction: 114 kg 
  • Minimum age for the front seat of 10 and the minimum age for back seat passengers of 4
