Ice Skating in Essex

Whether you just want to go to try something new or are looking for skating lessons, you can find it all here. The ice rink at Riverside Leisure Centre is now open, with a brand new ice pad, new skate hire and changing rooms.

Just hire your skates once you’re there and you’re all set. Ice skating is a great indoor sport all year round. If you need a bit of extra help finding your feet Riverside Leisure Centre can offer you a penguin to hire and hold on to.  If you are an ice skating grade 8 or above you can choose to book a closed patch session offered by Riverside Leisure Centre, where you will have the freedom to practice and develop your skills. With swimming pools, exercise studios and a gym, there is lots more to do at the Riverside!
