Mountain Biking in South Wales

Looking for an MTB experience in the heart of the South Wales Valleys? Want the true alpine experience where you’ll feel like you’re at a bike daft ski resort? BikePark Wales is the UK’s premier mountain bike park and is quite possibly the best bike park in the UK.

Smash your way around 28 trails across the whole of the 1200 acre site, with a real variety of features ranging from cross country, beginners trails and pump tracks, to extreme downhill, flowy natural trails and lung busting climbing.

If you just want to hit the downhill then you can of course pay for their excellent trail uplift service, with most users getting between 8 and a whopping 15 runs in one day! There’s not many places in the world with as much mountain biking in such a dense population.

There are seven blues, eight reds, nine blacks, two oranges and two greens to choose from!

Bike hire is available on site but booking is recommended. Prices start at £20 and increase based on the amount of time hired and style of bike required.
