Wander through a stunningly picturesque country lane to a unique medicinal garden on the banks of the land’s river. This is a garden like no other, set in 2 acres of untouched habitat and packed to the brim with over 700 medicinal plant species! For a breathtaking journey through science and nature, come along and check out everything Dilston Physic Garden has to offer!

Why should I pay a visit to Dilston Physic Garden?

Dilton Physic Garden is closely linked to science and scientific advancements! Visitors to the garden can find information on the appliances of each and every plant and how they are used, as well as the science of each plant! For a day of learning and admiration of gorgeous scenery, visitors are encouraged to visit this little botanical paradise!

Visitors of the garden can relax and unwind in the tranquil Chamomile lawn, wander along the medicinal meadow, catch some rays on the sundial seat, navigate the labyrinth, or sit by the wind sculpture and be soothed by its chimes!

The garden is the perfect place to learn about medicine and nature in one. Plants that have provided cutting-edge medicines such as foxglove and willow coppice can be found and taught about in the garden with the information provided for each plant!

Why not pay a visit to the Cloutier Tree to make a wish, and meet some of the other statues and sculptures in the garden such as the Mugwort Goddess or the TimeSpaceZone?

Children can have a blast exploring the Witch’s den, playing a competitive game of croquet, or even planting their own magic beans!
