As the cookery school is positioned right on the shoreline you’ll be cooking with fresh fish caught that morning, making the whole experience even more immersed in the local surroundings. Their Head Chef Lecturer Nick Evans is passionate about cooking and sharing that passion with others so you’re sure to have fun while you learn with him and the other chefs on their team.
