Scroby Sands Seal Watching in Suffolk

Embark on a thrilling sightseeing voyage with local family business Jet Adventures! This boat tour of the stunning Suffolk coastline offers you the chance to see Lowestoft, Gorleston and Great Yarmouth from the sea. Once aboard Shearwater (Jet Adventures’ beloved diesel boat), you head off from the MTB 102 Trust, then straight out to the North Sea through Lowestoft Harbour and beautiful Lake Lothing, then onto Scroby Sands, home of the seals!

Typically there are plenty of seals to see on Scroby Sands when the tide is right, and they tend to also be spotted in the sea! The boat glides gently past the seals to avoid causing them any distress and if possible, will stop to allow for some unforgettable snapshots of some iconic British wildlife! This trip is dependent on the weather and the season – it can get very chilly out on the sea so they ask that you dress accordingly.
