Surf on down to Tynemouth Surf Co in Newcastle and ride the waves on the Tynemouth Longsands beach! They cater for all abilities so if you have no experience do not worry as you still will be able to ride the waves just like all the experienced people can by the end of the lesson. Tynemouth Surf Co also have different water activities on-site such as; paddle boarding and bodyboarding. So if you love water sports, you can keep coming back and doing more. No need to worry about equipment as all surfboards and gear are hireable. This company has been running since 1995 and was founded by the famous surfer Stephen Hudson. Tynemouth Surf Co is now owned by his son, who was captain of the Team GB junior surf team this means you know will be getting only the best advice!

Tynemouth Surf Co also has an exciting summer surf school which was voted best in the UK in 2017, so if you want to be just like Stephen and ride those waves then why not book it as part of your summer! The company’s ethos is “Surf whenever possible, enjoy it while it lasts, and most importantly don’t take things too seriously.” No matter what happens during your lessons, they will be filled with lots of laughter and fun.
