Terrarium Making Workshop in London

Have you ever wanted to try making your own terrarium? In London, you can come along to any of London Terrariums’ workshops and learn how to make your own different vessels. Or, if you already have a vessel that you’d like to be the next home to your plants, you can do so too! You will start your workshop by learning how terrariums work, their history, science and how to take care of them. After a brief demonstration from your expert instructors, you’re free to unleash your inner creative self and begin making the terrarium of your dreams!

Head on over to New Cross Road, where London Terrariums have an assortment of workshops for you to immerse yourself in! 

Should this workshop be fully booked when you’re in London, fear not, for there is another terrarium workshop you can attend in London! Not only that, but you can try other creative activities such as bowl making and flower arrangement while you’re here. If history is your thing, there are an array of galleries, museums and guided walking tours for you to experience. Whatever your interest, in London you certainly won’t be bored!

  • Boiling Flask Workshop: 10 am to 11.30 am, £70 per person
  • Each class has 10 participants
  • Arrive 10 minutes to ensure the workshop will run on time 
  • The workshop includes a glass vessel and cork, the plants to add to the vessel, gravel, compost, charcoal, moss, tools and equipment, plus a care guide. 
  • Remember to bring your own bag to transport the terrarium in
