The Ark Open Farm is an amazing family day out! The farm is set in 40 acres of beautiful countryside between Newtownards and Bangor and is home to a huge selection of farm animals!

The Ark Open Farm was opened in 1990 as one of the first farms in Northern Ireland that specialised in rare breeds of farm animals! Over the years the farm has added to its collection of animals as well as developed its facilities to include indoor and outdoor play areas, quad and tractor rides, and a magical fairy tale forest!

Visitors of the farm can expect to be warmed welcomely by both the animals and the dedicated team on the farm! The Ark Open Farm is a family-run business and the team consists of passionate, animal-loving members who love to help out to make your experience on the farm extra special! There is something for everyone at the farm, whether it be animals, activities, great food or friendly people, come along and discover for yourself what makes this farm such an amazing attraction!
