If you’re looking for an interesting museum thats great for all ages in Middlesbrough, then the Dorman Museum is for you! This free museum has a great collection of permanent exhibions that include The Natural World which discusses animals that have roamed the Tees Valley all the way back to prehistoric times! They also have exhibitions on Middlesbrough’s rich history, and an impressive collection of art and ceramics from famous local artists, such as Christopher Dresser.
The Dorman Museum is a great addition to a day out in Middlesbrough and, even better, its completely free! They greatly appreciate donations but, tickets don’t cost anything. So for an addition to a day on a budget you can’t do much better!
