The Tate Art Museum in Liverpool

The Tate Liverpool is a hugely popular gallery known across the world, and proudly holds the title of the most visited art gallery outside the Tate Modern in London! It houses a massive collection of modern and contemporary art (the United Kingdom’s national collection of British art dating from 1500 to the present), with exhibitions changing all the time so there’s always something new to discover! Come and immerse yourself in their huge collection of paintings, sculptures and much more for an amazing and inspiring day out!

It’s also a great day out for newcomers to Liverpool and families, with a central location, completely free entry and free activities each day with additional activities during the school holidays. They have a specially designated family area, space to park your buggy, and baby-changing facilities on-site. • Timed tickets are required for all visitors
• Members and Patrons have free entry to exhibitions but must book a timed ticket before visiting
• Up to four children aged 12 and under go free per parent or guardian
• £5 family child tickets are available for children aged 12–18 years
• Visitors with a disability pay a concessionary rate, and entrance for companions is free
• Advance booking is recommended
