All money and profit made from hosting events, weddings and conferences, is used to help the cost o maintenance and overall operation of the property for the public and local community to enjoy. Some of the income is also used to promote the houses use for educational and cultural purposes.
Visitors can find a permanent display of the history of the Caccia Birch House property in the nearby Coach House building. This display is only available for guests to visit by appointment or on specifically advertised Open Days.
