Visit Howick Historical Village in Auckland

What is there for kids to do at Howick Historical Village?

From butter making to chicken feeding, games to school lesson enactments, metal working to flower picking - there is something here for everyone.

Why not help feed the chooks, or make butter? Why not lend a hand on wash day? Come along and watch a live & interactive demonstration of how villagers in the 1850’s did their clothes washing. No washing machines around in those days, so come see how they did it! Or, have some proper fun, with outdoor games and crafts everyday! All this history and more has been captured and brought to life at the Howick Historical Village. Dedicated to historical accuracy, there is so much to see and learn!
