Visit the Most Important Historic Site in New Zealand

Visit the historical site of Waitangi, where the first accord between the British Crown and the Maori people was signed. Now an incredible museum, you can learn all about the incredible history of New Zealand through amazing interactive displays. With a huge variety of exhibits spread throughout the grounds, you can easily spend a day here enriching yourself in culture and tradition. In the Te Rau Aroha museum, you can learn much about the military history of New Zealand including the Maori involvement in WW1. In the Te Kōngahu Museum of Waitangi, you can see a vast array of artefacts along with their stories and learn about the signing of the Treaty of Waitangi.
