Windsurfing on the Isle of Tiree should be added to everyone’s Stack! The island is the perfect location for novice and experienced windsurfers, and the white sand beaches are some of the best in the World. Tiree is home to the annual windsurfing competition – the Tiree Wave Classic (October) and the Tiree Music Festival (July). Where is a great place to learn windsurfing?

Loch Bhassapol has shallow, flat water with a sandy bottom, and steady wind, making it an ideal location to learn windsurfing, and according to the locals, the loch water is the warmest on the island - in the summer!
