Paddy Aerial Yoga offers sessions in a unique approach to yoga. The sessions are two hours on a Sunday and are suitable for nearly everyone!

Don’t worry if you’ve never done it before as they run beginner sessions fortnightly so everyone can get involved. After experiencing the benefits and fun you can have with aerial yoga we’re sure you’ll be planning your return!
