Looking for something fun to do with the family? Corfe castle model village is the perfect place to take the family! Feel like a giant as you walk around the castle and village all set in the stunning countryside. There are also working stocks and pillories, an enchanted fairy garden, croquet and giant games- there is something for everyone!
Opened to the public in 1966, Corfe Castle Model Village depicts the castle and village as it was in 1646. You can compare the real castle with the model castle from the garden; this gives a fantastic idea of how it used to look prior to its destruction by Oliver Cromwell’s troops during the English Civil War when it was home to Lady Banks!
