Where can I get guitar lessons in Gateshead?

Both online and in person; that's up to you! Either the lessons will take place over ZOOM, or in person in the Music Education Centre at Sage Gateshead.

As part of their Make Music Programme, you’re sure to learn a lot. Classes are fun, informal and suitable for players of varying ability, with options for those who fancy a bit more of a challenge. There’s no pressure and nobody will be asked to sing or play solo. Simply grab your guitar and get stuck in! Classes take place each week and will run for ten weeks. You don’t need to attend every class, just join when you can. You will need a ticket for each session, so if you’d like to attend the full term, make sure you book a ticket for each week.

If you choose to attend virtual classes, there are a few ways they recommend that you prepare. They recommend that you wear comfortable clothing, have as enough space to stand or be in an upright chair as possible, bring a drink to stay hydrated, and perhaps something to make notes if you might find this helpful.
