Every Sunday the venue is transformed into a disco with lots of glow sticks, leg warmers and great music. Whether you’re a complete beginner or pro skater, Olis roller disco welcomes everyone- so bring your friends, family or come alone to have a blast from the past!
Not only is this activity great fun, but it is also a great way to stay fit and keep you active! A session of roller disco can provide the same calorie consumption and body fat reduction as a period of jogging. The activity is easy on the joints, works arms and legs and helps improve balance, agility and coordination!
Oli’s roller disco is all about having fun, but safety is very important. Skate guards are on the rink at all times to help keep you happy and safe and a safety kit is available to hire. Choose between two sessions: 3:00-4:30 pm- suitable for all ages and ideal for new skaters who prefer a slower pace, 5:00-6:30 pm- faster-paced session suitable for those with some ability and can play roller games like a bulldog.
