Are you looking for something different to visit when on your travels? Come along and check out the Model Railway Village in Southport! Discover everything the little village and the surrounding area have to discover and walk through the streets like giants!

Why should I visit the Model Railway Village in Southport?

Based upon typical southwest Lancashire architecture, the site consists of a country scene, village and town. The movement is generated by one of the largest 45mm garden railway systems in the UK!

Stay as long as you like! It is not unusual for the little ones to want to spend all day following their favourite model as it navigates its way around the 1 and a half acres of the stunning miniature landscape! With plenty of benches scattered throughout the area, parents can keep a close eye on the children whilst relaxing with a picnic or simply just unwinding! Together with the peace and tranquillity of the sheltered and secured site, the Model Railway Village has become very popular!

The site of the village has been designed for easy access for wheelchair users and double buggies and includes a well-thought-out Garden with full toilet facilities for disabled visitors.

When in Southport, the Model Railway Village is an attraction that every model train and LGB garden railway enthusiast must add to their stack!
