Tree Climbing on the Isle of Wight

Climb one of the oldest trees on the Isle of Wight and release your inner child with this easy, fun and adventurous activity! Right by the sandy stretch of Appley Beach, Appley Park is a beautiful coastal location filled with magnificent trees – in particular, a huge mature oak tree just begs to be explored. With all the equipment you’ll need to be provided all you need to bring is yourself. Don’t worry about not being strong enough to climb, with their system of ropes you’ll be able to scale any tree you like all by yourself, no crazy muscles required. They’ll teach you the ropes and then it’s your turn to get climbing! Enjoy a bird’s eye view of Appley Park and even swing in one of their treetop hammocks 40 feet above the ground!

After your climb tuck into their homemade flapjacks with a nice cup of tea. They also offer tree-climbing courses, birthday parties and even hen dos!
