Where can I find The Icelandic Turf House?

The facility is located in the town of Selfoss, along the 33 road towards Stokkseyri.

The museum showcase this unique aspect of Icelandic culture through rich exhibitions, that include original houses and decor. Known as “Turf Farms”, the facility does its best to help represent this historic aspect of Iceland. There is also a perfectly preserved example of a Turf Farm on the hills surrounding the facility, which has a variety of vegetable farms and flower marshes. SO, what are you waiting for?
