East Sands Leisure Centre is a family swimming and fitness complex including a leisure pool, giant flumes, a gym, squash and sauna. The swimming pool overlooks the actual seaside with an amazing view of the East Sands.

Why not ride down their water slides that twist and turn you and then make a big splash at the bottom of the slide. Theirs a smaller pool for young children but the little ones won’t miss out on the water slide fun as they have their very own small water slide. For inexperienced swimmers the leisure centre offers arm bands and pool floaties so no one has to miss out on the swimming.
East Sands Leisure Centre also features a state of the art gym. The 30 station gym at East Sands Leisure Centre is split between two rooms. There is a substantial cardiovascular room with a wide selection of machines for your fitness needs.
