Why should I play at Fort William Golf Club in The Highlands?

Fort William Golf Club is a full 18 hole course located between the towering mountains and open sea on the Northside of Fort William. The breath-taking scenery at this course makes it a delight to play! Grab your best clubs and come along to enjoy Scotland's mountain splendour!

Fort William Golf Club was established in 1976 and is a full 18-hole course with the option of also playing 9 holes. The course measures in at a total of 6217 yards from the white tournament tees, 5464 yards from the yellow tees, and 4850 yards from the Ladies’ tees.

Golfers can come along and experience this beautiful course surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. The course offers a multitude of challenges to all levels of players! Why not come and test your mettle at one of the clubs ‘Open’ competitions?

In July 2020, the club announced that Golfers are able to stay the night in the newly refurbished North Face apartment and enjoy a range of play packages that are included with overnight bookings! All bookings of the apartments can be made through “Booking.com” or “Air Bnb” and will qualify for half-price green fees!

  • Memberships are available and can be inquired about via telephone or email
  • Club and trolley hire is available at the club
  • £10 for 9 holes and £20 for the full 18 holes
