Group Outdoor Adventure Activities in the Lake District

If you’re looking to experience a range of outdoor adventure activities in the Lake District head over to River Deep Mountain High.   With gorge walking, climbing, abseiling, canoeing, kayaking, and archery, they have the great outdoors covered! Catering for both small and larger groups, they make a great base in the south of the Lake District not far from Kendal and the M6. 

Where is a great place for our group to try a range of outdoor activities within the Lake District?

River Deep Mountain High offer both watersport and climbing activities and they also have a bunkhouse for your group to stay in!

There is a minimum age limit ( 10 years old – keep eating your porridge ).  For everyone else, trained instructors will help guide you through each activity.  The bunkhouses offer accommodation for groups with a large open plan kitchen and dining area. So if you’re planning a fun-packed activity weekend for your group add River Deep Mountain High to your Stack!

  • Half-day sessions are £170 plus £10 per person attending up to 8 people eg £210 total for a group of 4
  • Full days sessions are £340 plus £10 per person attending up to 8 people
  • Minimum age requirement of 10 years old
  • All specialist equipment you require is provided on the day
  • Trained instructors to support you and keep you safe
  • For the bunkhouse – booking is strongly advised well in advance
